Mount Liamuiga on St Kitts and Nevis Peak both top 1,000 m, and both hold cloud almost permanently on their windward faces while the leeward coasts stay sunny — the reason the resorts and the capital are where they are. The islands are small enough that the whole gradient fits in ten kilometres.
