What the weather here is
The Amazon recycles its own rainfall several times over and exports the surplus southwest as the low-level jet — the rios voadores, which supply the water that falls on São Paulo and the soy belt. That is one country's weather in three sentences: a basin that makes its own rain, a semi-arid Nordeste sertão that fails when the ITCZ sits too far north, and a subtropical south that gets genuine mid-latitude cold fronts and the occasional snow in Santa Catarina.
Where the official forecast is
This site is not a warning service. The official forecast and every watch and warning for Brazil comes from INMET. During a tropical cyclone the advisory that everything else follows is the National Hurricane Center's.
What is on this page is the raw observation — the METAR itself, from the aerodrome named above it — with nothing added and nothing forecast.
